Senior Product Executive

Monitor stock, inventory and sales:

• Lead seasonal merchandise and inventory planning based on sales targets, market trends, and business objectives
• Own stock allocation and replenishment across stores and warehouse to maximize sales and maintain healthy inventory
• Analyze sales, sell-through, stock, and markdown performance and drive corrective action plans
• Manage product master data and support pricing strategy implementation
• Develop short- and long-term inventory plans and continuously improve stock management standards
• Ensure accurate and timely execution of product and inventory transactions on the system, including product data setup, stock transfers, receiving, adjustments, and related documentation

Buying & Product Management:

• Own the commercial buying process, from assortment and quantity planning to order placement and delivery follow-up
• Develop buying plans and manage OTB/buying budgets in line with sales, margin, and inventory objectives
• Determine order quantities based on sales forecasts, historical performance, stock levels, and market trends
• Provide support to Product Manager and Brand Manager on product requests, seasonal buying, and assortment planning
• Monitor product and order performance and recommend future orders, replenishment, and assortment adjustments
• Coordinate with Logistics, Operations, and Finance to ensure timely shipment, receiving, distribution, and payment execution
• Take accountability for buying execution and its impact on sales, margin, sell-through, and inventory health.

• At least 3-5 years of experience in merchandising, buying, planning, or inventory management within fashion/retail
• Strong commercial acumen with proven experience in assortment, sales, inventory, and stock optimization
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel; Power Query, or SQL is a plus
• Proactive, accountable, and able to make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Able to communicate in both Vietnamese and English effectively at all levels
• Detail-oriented with strong planning and problem-solving skills.
• College, Bachelor’s degree or relevant certificate.
