TBC-BALL Vietnam Beverage Can Company Limited is a joint venture between Thai Beverage Can (Thailand) and Ball Corporation (USA), specializing in the manufacturing of aluminum beverage cans for the beverage industry. JOB DESCRIPTION

• SOURCING & NETWORK DEVELOPMENT — Identify, visit and qualify UBC collectors, scrap dealers and recyclers nationwide; expand collection channels and maintain a diversified supplier network.
• SUPPLY PLANNING & MARKET INTELLIGENCE — Build monthly/annual sourcing plans, identify supply gaps and monitor UBC availability, market prices and competitor activity.
• PURCHASING & COMMERCIAL — Negotiate prices, volumes and delivery terms; evaluate total landed cost, quality/yield and channel economics; develop alternative sources.
• TRACEABILITY & COMPLIANCE — Verify material origin, perform supplier due diligence and review contracts, weighbridge tickets, invoices, VAT/tax and payment records with relevant teams.
• QUALITY & PERFORMANCE — Coordinate UBC quality checks, resolve non-conforming shipments and monitor supplier performance on cost, quality, supply, traceability and compliance.
• Co-ordiante & participate all procurement activities at TBCBALL such sourcing, PO to suppliers & deliveries follow up, quality claiming.
• Other reasonable tasks assigned by Manager/Supervisor.

• Bachelor in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing/ Procurement Management, BA, Logistics or International Business.
• 3–5 years in sourcing, especially for scrap sourcing, trading or supplier development; experience in UBC, aluminium or non-ferrous as well as these items’ scrap preferred.
• Strong network of collectors and hands-on market sourcing, negotiation and supplier evaluation skills.
• Practical knowledge of scrap origin documentation, invoices, VAT/tax, traceability and supplier compliance.
• Good Excel/reporting skills, integrity and willingness to travel nationwide.

• Working Schedule: Monday - Thursday (8:00 - 17:00), Friday (8:00 - 16:00)
• Transportation Allowance: VND 400,000/month or company shuttle bus service.
• Monthly Performance Bonus: Based on the overall plant KPI achievement.
• Year-End Bonus: 13th-month salary and annual individual KPI bonus (calculated proportionally based on actual months worked during the year).
