Sr. Finance Analyst

About the role

Act as a Finance Business Partner to Retail, HoReCa, and MOFT channels, responsible for driving business performance through financial analysis, inventory control, and commercial insights, ensuring optimization of revenue, profitability and working capital.

Responsibilities

1.     Business Performance & Commercial Analysis:

·     Protect Group assets through maintain well control system.

·     Optimize Group funds & cash flow.

·     Set up & implement risk management solution.

·     Managing & monitoring authorization for Group’s transactions.

2.     Financial statement & Management report:

Financial statement:

·     Make sure that FS will be provided timely, accuracy and compliance with Vietnamese regulation/rule.

Management report:

·     Prepare monthly management report, assess performance of the whole Group as requested by BOD.

·     Develop and maintain financial models to forecast business performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability.

·     Monitor and update timely to ensure actual spending is within approved budget.

·     Analyse financial results and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide insights and recommendations to management.

3.     Manage day to day transactions:

·     Implement standards to improve reporting quality.

·     Participate in annual budgeting. Assist in the preparation and management of the annual budget process, including variance analysis and reporting.

·     Consult & propose finance solution to support other functions such as sales/mkt, and initiatives for total company cost saving.

·     Work with internal & external audit.

·     Ability to manage project given by Line Manager that relating to finance and control.

·     Partner with various departments to support strategic initiatives, providing financial analysis and recommendations.

4.     Reporting:

·     Prepare and distribute regular financial reports to senior management, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.

·     Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategic planning and decision-making.

5.     Compliance:

·     Make sure company operations compliance with Vietnam law.

·     Optimize opportunity for Tax saving.

6.     System:

·     Roll out and use system efficiently in daily operation.

·     Support other departments in accounting/finance tasks.

7.     Other tasks assigned by BODs.

Job Requirements:

• University level, major in Finance/Accounting.
• Preferred to have 5 year-experience in finance/Accounting.
• 3 year-experience in similar jobs or management (Department level).
• Working experience of relevant software. Experience with Power BI or similar tools is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to translate data into business insights.
• Strong stakeholder management (Sales, SCM, Ops, IT).
• Strong communication skills. Fluency English.
• Attention to detail. Creative problem-solving.
