Sr. Machine Lead

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.     Sản xuất/ Production and Technical Management

1.1  Quản lý và giám soát toàn bộ hoạt động sản xuất ở khu vực Machine bao gồm: Cắt, uốn CNC, uốn manual, lathe, mill, wire cut EDM

1.1  Manage and supervise all production activities in the Machine area, including:

-        Saw Cutting

-        CNC Bending

-        Manual Bending

-        Lathe

-        Milling

-        Wire-Cut EDM

1.2  Hổ trợ quản lý và xử lý các vấn đề đối với quy trình hàn OW./ Support the management and resolution of technical issues related to the Orbital Welding (OW) process.

1.3  Thực hiện cải tiến quy trình sản xuất liên quan đến machine và OW/ Lead and implement process improvement activities related to Machine processes and OW.

1.4  Đào tạo nhân viên vận hành máy, kiểm soát và tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn và quy định liên quan đến công đoạn/ Train machine operators and ensure that all operations comply with the applicable technical standards, procedures, and process requirements.

1.5  Kiểm soát 5S. an toàn lao động/ Maintain and control 5S and workplace safety within the assigned areas.

2.     Hệ thống/ System and Documentation

2.1 Thực hiện soạn thảo các quy trình tài liệu, WI liên quan đến công đoạn do mình quản lý/ Prepare and maintain procedures, Work Instructions (WI), and other technical documents related to the processes under his responsibility.

2.2 Tham gia đối ứng các hoạt động đánh giá của khách hàng/ Participate in and support customer audits and assessments related to the assigned production processes.

2.3. Phối hợp với các bộ phận khác để kiểm soát và duy trì các quy định liên quan đến hệ thống/ Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all relevant system requirements, procedures, and standards are properly implemented and maintained.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành cơ khí/ cơ khí chế tạo/ Bachelor’s degree or technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering.

2. Full kỹ năng CAD/CAM, lập trình CNC và PLC nếu có/ Strong skills in CAD/CAM, CNC programming, and preferably PLC programming.

3. Cẩn thận, có kỹ năng tổ chức hồ sơ và theo dõi công việc tốt. / Detail-oriented, with good document organization and follow-up skills.

4. Sử dụng tốt Excel và các công cụ văn phòng cơ bản. / Proficient in Excel and basic office tools.

5. Có khả năng phối hợp với nhân viên sản xuất và các bộ phận liên quan. / Able to work effectively with production staff and related departments.

6. Có kinh nghiệm trong môi trường sản xuất hoặc quản lý hồ sơ ISO là một lợi thế. / Experience in a manufacturing environment or ISO documentation is an advantage.

7. Có kỹ năng tiếng anh/ Good communication skills and fluent in English
