Supply Chain Specialist (Manufacturing) working in Hai Phong

Oversee and execute integrated operations across four primary functional areas: Planning, Purchasing, Inventory Control, and Logistics.

Develop material supply schedules, coordinate production plans, and streamline product distribution channels.

Manage third-party outsourcing (OS) vendors while executing domestic and overseas procurement (primarily sourcing from Korea and China).

Monitor warehouse inventory levels, optimize storage procedures, and enhance transportation efficiency.

Utilize enterprise ERP software in conjunction with advanced MS Excel for daily operational data management.

Submit regular reports and complete additional assigned tasks under the direct leadership of the Korean Manager.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Foreign Trade, or Economics.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven SCM track record within manufacturing industries (Automotive, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering).

Language Proficiency: Professional working proficiency in English or Korean.

Key Attributes: High stress tolerance, strict adherence to reporting deadlines, and meticulous attention to accuracy.

Age Range: 25 – 35 years old.
