JOB SUMMARY

The Talent Development Lead is responsible for leading the Group’s Talent Development strategy across hospitals and clinics, driving capability building, leadership development, and talent pipeline development. The role oversees learning programs, standards, and digital learning solutions, ensuring consistent and high-quality talent development aligned with business and organizational goals, while leading the Talent Development team and program execution across the system.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Talent Development Strategy & Framework: Implement the Group Talent Development strategy within the assigned region, including capability frameworks, learning architecture, and development roadmap.
  • Leadership & Talent Programs: Lead regional leadership development, HiPo, succession planning, talent assessment, and talent pipeline programs for critical roles.
  • Learning Design & Operations: Oversee learning design, program delivery, service quality, and digital learning solutions across hospitals/clinics in the assigned region, in line with Group standards.
  • Data, Analytics & Business Partnership: Conduct Training Needs Analysis, monitor KPIs and talent outcomes, identify capability gaps, and work with HRBPs and business leaders to address development needs.
  • Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Lead and develop the Talent Development team, allocate resources, manage stakeholders and vendors, and ensure effective implementation of talent development initiatives within the assigned region.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 5–7 years of experience in Learning and Development or Talent Management, with experience leading leadership development, HiPo, and succession programs.
  • Strong capability in framework development, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, consulting, facilitation, and presentation.
  • Proficient in English and graphic design/multimedia tools including Canva, Photoshop, Premiere, CapCut, and AI-based design tools.
  • Experience in learning analytics, Learning Management Systems, vendor management, and large-scale programs; strong ownership, business acumen, and change leadership.
