Teaching Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our international pre-school. In this role, you will deliver high-quality care and education, co-teach alongside international faculty, and ensure each child develops essential life skills, independence, and a lifelong love for learning in a multicultural setting.

Key Responsibilities

1.     Teaching & Education:

·       Observe children in play in order to assist in the planning, implementation and evaluation of the child centered curriculum for both the indoor and outdoor learning environments.

·       Assistance in establishing an effective and responsive classroom environment where children are active participants.

2.     Child Care & Management:

·       Ensure the absolute safety, hygiene, and well-being of children during all school activities (drop-off/pick-up, meals, nap time, playtime).

·       Foster children's independence, life skills, and through daily routines.

3.     Collaboration & Communication:

·       Partner closely with foreign teachers to co-teach and manage classroom activities.

·       Maintain regular and professional communication with parents.

·       Attend professional development workshops, staff meetings, and school events.

·        Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in any fields or relevant majors.

·        Experience: Prior experience teaching at international, bilingual, or high-quality kindergarten systems is preferred.

•   Genuine love for children, patience, high responsibility, and strong professional ethics.
•   Excellent communication, classroom management, and teamwork skills.
•   Proficiency in English is highly valued for collaborating in an international environment
