Trợ lý kỹ sư QS cơ điện (MEP Assistant QS)

• Read and understand drawings and specifications; proactively raise intelligent queries regarding any outstanding design information or discrepancies;
• Understand the Standard Method of Measurement and apply it in measurement;
• Carry out quantity take-offs for MVAC, plumbing & electrical system, extra low voltage, fire protection system;
• Prepare accurate measurements in accordance with project requirements and standards;
• Prepare partial Bills of Quantities (BOQ);
• Understand the cost components of equipment and material unit rates;
• Assist in the preparation of Tender Documents, Contract Documentation, Cost Estimation, partial Pre-Tender Estimations, and other related reports;
• Contact vendors and collect quotations when required.

• Đọc và hiểu bản vẽ, thông số kỹ thuật; chủ động đưa ra các câu hỏi phù hợp liên quan đến thông tin thiết kế còn thiếu hoặc các điểm không thống nhất;
• Hiểu Tiêu chuẩn/Phương pháp Đo bóc Khối lượng (Standard Method of Measurement) và áp dụng trong công tác đo bóc khối lượng;
• Thực hiện bóc tách khối lượng cho các hệ thống MVAC, cấp thoát nước, điện, hệ thống điện nhẹ (Extra Low Voltage) và hệ thống phòng cháy chữa cháy;
• Thực hiện đo bóc khối lượng chính xác theo yêu cầu và tiêu chuẩn của dự án;
• Lập một phần Bảng khối lượng (BOQ);
• Hiểu các thành phần chi phí cấu thành đơn giá của thiết bị và vật liệu;
• Hỗ trợ chuẩn bị Hồ sơ mời thầu, Hồ sơ hợp đồng, Dự toán chi phí, một phần Dự toán trước thầu (Pre-Tender Estimation) và các báo cáo liên quan khác;
• Liên hệ nhà cung cấp và thu thập báo giá khi cần thiết;

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or a related field
• At least 1–3 years of MEP Quantity Surveying experience
• Knowledge and experience of the construction market is essential
• Basic English proficiency, with the ability to read and understand technical documents and emails
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn in handling assigned tasks
• Good teamwork and collaboration skills

• Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành Kỹ thuật Cơ điện (Mechanical & Electrical Engineering) hoặc các ngành liên quan
• Có 1–3 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực MEP Quantity Surveying (QS Cơ điện)
• Có kiến thức và kinh nghiệm về thị trường xây dựng
• Có trình độ tiếng Anh cơ bản, có khả năng đọc hiểu tài liệu kỹ thuật và email
• Chủ động, có trách nhiệm và sẵn sàng học hỏi trong quá trình thực hiện các công việc được giao
• Có kỹ năng làm việc nhóm và phối hợp tốt
