JOB DESCRIPTION / MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Job Objective/ Mục Tiêu Công Việc:
- The Assembly Supervisor is responsible for managing daily operations on the assembly line to ensure production output, quality, efficiency, and safety are achieved by company standards and customer requirements.
- Giám sát Bộ phận Lắp Ráp chịu trách nhiệm quản lý hoạt động hàng ngày của dây chuyền lắp ráp, đảm bảo sản lượng, chất lượng, hiệu suất và an toàn đáp ứng tiêu chuẩn công ty và yêu cầu của khách hàng.
Key Responsibilities/ Trách Nhiệm Chính:
1. Supervise and coordinate daily assembly line operations, ensuring production targets (quantity, quality, delivery) are achieved.
- Giám sát và điều phối hoạt động hàng ngày của dây chuyền lắp ráp, đảm bảo đạt mục tiêu sản xuất (số lượng, chất lượng, giao hàng).
2. Monitor work-in-progress (WIP), manpower productivity, and line efficiency to maintain optimal performance.
- Theo dõi sản phẩm đang sản xuất, năng suất nhân lực và hiệu suất dây chuyền để duy trì hiệu quả tối ưu.
3. Ensure all processes comply with SOPs, work instructions, technical specifications, ISO standards, and customer requirements.
- Đảm bảo tất cả quy trình tuân thủ SOP, hướng dẫn công việc, thông số kỹ thuật, tiêu chuẩn ISO và yêu cầu khách hàng.
4. Assign tasks, allocate resources effectively, train new operators, and evaluate employee performance.
- Phân công công việc, phân bổ nguồn lực hợp lý, đào tạo nhân viên mới và đánh giá hiệu quả công việc của nhân viên.
5. Coordinate with QA/QC to resolve product non-conformities, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Phối hợp với QA/QC để xử lý sản phẩm không phù hợp, phân tích nguyên nhân gốc rễ và thực hiện hành động khắc phục.
6. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in compliance with workplace safety standards.
- Duy trì môi trường làm việc an toàn, sạch sẽ, gọn gàng theo tiêu chuẩn an toàn lao động.
7. Propose and implement process improvements to reduce defects, enhance productivity, and support Lean/Kaizen initiatives.
- Đề xuất và triển khai cải tiến quy trình nhằm giảm lỗi, nâng cao năng suất và hỗ trợ các chương trình Lean/Kaizen.
8. Prepare and submit regular production reports, attend meetings, and execute improvement actions as directed by management.
- Lập và gửi báo cáo sản xuất định kỳ, tham dự các cuộc họp và thực hiện các hành động cải tiến theo yêu cầu của Ban Quản lý.
9. Support manpower planning, shift arrangements, and cross-training to ensure production flexibility.
- Hỗ trợ lập kế hoạch nhân lực, sắp xếp ca làm việc và đào tạo chéo để đảm bảo tính linh hoạt trong sản xuất.
10. Monitor equipment status, coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and preventive maintenance to avoid downtime.
- Theo dõi tình trạng thiết bị, phối hợp với bộ phận bảo trì để sửa chữa và bảo dưỡng phòng ngừa, tránh gián đoạn sản xuất.
11. Ensure accurate production data entry into ERP/MES systems for tracking and analysis.
- Đảm bảo nhập chính xác dữ liệu sản xuất vào hệ thống ERP/MES để theo dõi và phân tích.
12. Ensure compliance with ISO standards and customer requirements.
- Đảm bảo tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn ISO và yêu cầu của khách hàng.
13. Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Thực hiện các công việc khác do cấp trên giao phó.
