MỤC TIÊU VAI TRÒ

Chịu trách nhiệm toàn bộ hoạt động kho hàng bao gồm nguyên vật liệu đầu vào và thành phẩm đầu ra đảm bảo hàng hóa được lưu trữ đúng tiêu chuẩn chất lượng, an toàn lao động và hiệu quả vận hành trong môi trường sản xuất bao bì linh hoạt.

TRÁCH NHIỆM CHÍNH

1. Vận hành kho

• Quản lý toàn bộ hoạt động nhập kho, xuất kho, kiểm kê NVL và thành phẩm.

• Thiết kế và tối ưu layout kho đảm bảo luồng hàng hóa hiệu quả, tránh tắc nghẽn.

• Đảm bảo hàng hóa được phân loại, dán nhãn và lưu trữ đúng vị trí.

• Thực hiện kiểm kê định kỳ (cycle count) và kiểm kê toàn bộ (full stock count).

2. Chất lượng & An toàn lao động

• Thực thi tiêu chuẩn GMP, 5S trong toàn bộ khu vực kho.

• Kiểm soát điều kiện bảo quản: nhiệt độ, độ ẩm phù hợp cho từng loại NVL.

• Đảm bảo an toàn lao động không để xảy ra sự cố do lưu kho sai quy cách.

• Phối hợp QC kiểm tra chất lượng hàng nhập kho trước khi nhập hệ thống.

• Đảm bảo cửa kho, hệ thống thông gió và phòng chống côn trùng đạt tiêu chuẩn.

3. Quản lý hệ thống Odoo

• Cập nhật chính xác và kịp thời tất cả giao dịch kho trên hệ thống Odoo.

• Đối chiếu số liệu tồn kho giữa thực tế và hệ thống xử lý chênh lệch ngay.

• Phối hợp Kế toán và XNK trong đối chiếu mã hàng (item code reconciliation).

4. Quản lý đội nhóm

• Dẫn dắt, huấn luyện và phát triển đội ngũ kho (Supervisor + Clerk + Worker).

• Phân công công việc hợp lý đảm bảo hiệu suất và tránh quá tải.

• Đánh giá KPI định kỳ cho từng thành viên.

• Xây dựng văn hóa làm việc có trách nhiệm, an toàn và liên tục cải tiến.

5. Phối hợp liên phòng ban

• Phối hợp Procurement về lịch nhập hàng và tồn kho tối thiểu (safety stock).

• Phối hợp Production về kế hoạch xuất NVL theo lệnh sản xuất.

• Phối hợp Logistics về lịch xuất thành phẩm.

• Báo cáo Supply Chain Manager về tình hình kho hàng định kỳ và đột xuất.

ROLE PURPOSE

Responsible for end-to-end warehouse operations raw materials in and finished goods out ensuring inventory is stored to quality, safety, and operational efficiency standards within a flexible packaging manufacturing environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Warehouse Operations

• Manage all inbound, outbound, and inventory activities for raw materials and finished goods.

• Design and optimize warehouse layout to ensure efficient material flow.

• Ensure all goods are correctly classified, labeled, and stored by location.

• Conduct cycle counts and full stock counts as scheduled.

2. Quality & Safety

• Enforce GMP and 5S standards across all warehouse areas.

• Control storage conditions appropriate for each material type.

• Ensure zero safety incidents from improper storage practices.

• Coordinate with QC to inspect incoming goods before system entry.

• Ensure warehouse doors, ventilation, and pest control meet required standards.

3. System Management

• Update all warehouse transactions accurately and promptly in Odoo.

• Reconcile physical stock vs. system records and resolve discrepancies immediately.

• Coordinate with Accounting and Import/Export for item code reconciliation.

4. Team Leadership

• Lead, train, and develop the warehouse team (Supervisor + Clerks + Workers).

• Assign tasks appropriately to maintain productivity and prevent overload.

• Conduct regular KPI reviews for each team member.

• Build a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

5. Cross-functional Coordination

• Coordinate with Procurement on inbound schedule and safety stock levels.

• Coordinate with Production on raw material release per production orders.

• Coordinate with Logistics on finished goods dispatch schedule.

• Report to Supply Chain Manager on warehouse status regularly and as needed.

Kinh nghiệm

Tối thiểu 3-5 năm quản lý kho, ưu tiên ngành bao bì, nhựa, in ấn hoặc hóa chất.

Kỹ năng kỹ thuật

Hiểu biết về GMP, 5S, FIFO/FEFO, an toàn kho; biết sử dụng Odoo hoặc W.H system.

Lãnh đạo

Có kinh nghiệm dẫn dắt và phát triển đội ngũ từ 10 người trở lên.

Ngôn ngữ

Tiếng Anh đủ dùng: đọc tài liệu và viết email cơ bản.

Học vấn

Cao đẳng hoặc Đại học ngành Logistics, Chuỗi cung ứng, Kinh tế hoặc liên quan.

Experience

Min. 3-5 years hands-on warehouse management, preferably in packaging, plastics, printing, or chemicals manufacturing.

Technical Skills

Knowledge of GMP, 5S, FIFO/FEFO, safety standards; proficient in Odoo preferred.

Leadership

Proven ability to lead and develop a team of 10+ people.

Language

Working-level English: able to read documents and write basic emails.

Education

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
