    NOT REQUIRED. However, we encourage you to leave an impressive CV as a description of yourself to the interested Employer. It will help you increase your competitive advantage over other applicants who refuse to leave their CV

    What will the Employer do after receiving my Name Card?
    Like any other offline event, your Name Card will be sent directly via email to the Employers you are interested in. You will have one more active attention-grabbing opportunity with the Employers in your wish list. On the other hand, our Employers also has one more chance to better understand you in case they missed your information. They will consider your CV once they are looking for candidates.
