Logistics Sales Manager (Ecommerce/International Cross-border)

1. Overall Management of Cross-Border E-commerce Business

• Develop and implement strategies for the company’s cross-border e-commerce business.
• Take ownership of key business performance indicators, including sales revenue, profit, ROI, and overall business results.
• Develop product development strategies based on the company’s product portfolio and target markets.

2. Team Building and Management

• Build and lead the cross-border e-commerce team, including setting team objectives, performance evaluation systems, and incentive mechanisms.
• Develop key talent and improve the team’s execution efficiency and overall business capabilities.

3. Product and Market Strategy

• Conduct research on the Vietnamese market, consumer needs, competitors, and industry trends.
• Drive product selection, pricing, differentiation strategies, and product lifecycle management.
• Utilize market feedback to drive product optimization and iteration, enhancing product competitiveness and profit margins.

Job Requirements

1. Work Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, E-commerce, International Trade, or other relevant fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in logistics sales especially in express ecommerce/international cross-border, including a minimum of 2 years in team management.
• Experience in building business or team from scratch (0 to 1) is highly preferred.

2. Business Competencies

• Strong understanding of the end-to-end cross-border e-commerce logistic business model and operational processes.
• Strong data analysis and business management capabilities, with the ability to identify problems through data and develop effective solutions.
• Strong market awareness and judgment regarding the Vietnamese market, consumer needs, and industry trends.

3. Management Competencies

• Strong capabilities in team building, talent development, target setting, and performance management.
• Excellent cross-functional communication, resource integration, and project execution skills.
• Results-oriented, with the ability to work under significant performance pressure and lead the team to achieve business objectives.

4. Other Requirements

• Good English communication, reading, and writing skills; Chinese language proficiency is a plus.
• Candidates with experience in target markets such as North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia are preferred.
