Responsibility
Candidate will be in charge of the Property and Building management of Rental Factories and Warehouses
- Maintenance and regular inspection
- Management of legal inspection of the buildings, including electrical and mechanical system,s and emergency response

Requirements

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Gender: Any
・Age: Any
・Language: Japanese Business Level (N2) OR English Conversational Level
・Experience:
- Have 3 years of working experience in maintaining industrial buildings such as Factories and/or Warehouses, or Office buildings and/or Condominiums
- Have experience maintaining the building itself and Facilities attached to buildings (Fire fighting system, Electrical system, and Water supply and drainage system, etc.)
・Other: Lives in Hung Yen and/or is able to commute by themselves (Company doesn’t provide transportation)
