Responsibility
- Responsible for business development in Hanoi and neighboring provinces - Develop business groups - Develop business goals and plans for Hanoi and neighboring provinces based on the company's overall goals and plans - Guide employees to develop action plans towards goals - Ensure growth according to set goals - Propose recruitment and training of sales staff - Work with employees to resolve complaints if any - Coordinate with the warehouse department to avoid inventory overstay - Coordinate with the accounting department to monitor and control customer payments.
Job Requirement
Requirements<Required Skills/Experience> ・Age: 30-40 ・Gender: any , male is preferable ・University graduate ・Language: English at Business level ・Experience at least 3 years working experience as sales in the Food industry. - Having management skill
<Preferred Skills/Experience> - Experience in "direct sales" ~ direct sales, meeting each customer to offer sales - Experience in sales/distribution for horeca channels (hotel-restaurant-canteen) - Experience in developing/managing a sales team - Experience in frozen food is an advantage. - Experience as a manager in a Japanese company
<Preferable skill > - Can speak Japanese is a huge plus point
