Responsibility

・Create regulations, procedures, etc. for the department in charge, and set goals

・Manage the polishing line (progress, quality, 4M changes, etc.)

・Manage departmental cost

・Measure and initiative to prevent defective products

・Manage machine tools, in-house equipment, automation, measuring instruments, etc.

・Manage, guide, and educate subordinates

・Translate Japanese procedure manuals and standards into Vietnamese and create procedure manuals

・Create standards (procedure documents: work procedures, work standards, quality standards, condition tables, etc.) in Excel

・Other related tasks as assigned (based on instructions from superiors)

・担当部門の規定、手順書等の作成、目標設定

・研磨ラインの管理（進捗、品質、４M変更、他）

・部門原価管理

・不良品防止為の対策と取組み

・工作機械、内製設備、自動化、測定器等の管理

・部下の管理、指導、教育

・日本の手順書・標準書をベトナム語に翻訳して手順書を作成する

・標準類の作成（手順書類：作業手順書・作業標準・品質基準・条件表などを　Excelで作成する

・その他（上司の指示に基づく）

Requirements

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: College degree or higher
・Gender: Male only
・Age: 30-45 
・Language: Japanese Conversational Level (from N3)
・Experience: 
- Experience using measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
- Can use Excel, Word.(can create tables such as line direct run rates and production achievement rates in Excel)
- Can educate and instruct local workers and subordinates of the factory (polishing methods, equipment operation, measurement methods, inspection methods, etc.)

＜Preferable Experience＞
・Have on-site managerial experience and management skills
・Experienced in machining at stainless steel product factories
・Worked in a stainless-steel product manufacturing factory
・Can read processing drawings (2D) and understand dimensional tolerances
・Can understand geometric tolerances on processing drawings
・Experienced in visual inspection of metal products
・Can manage members
