<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage branch business activities: Monitor and improve business efficiency and cost management
- Strategic Direction, Market Development on TT Channel & MT channel:
+ Develop and implement market expansion strategies, focusing on increasing revenue and market share.
+ Build and develop a distribution network in the Southern Area.
+ Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Manage Sales Team Human Resources
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Gender: Male is preferable
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience: Having at least 3 years as an ASM who oversees sales for both MT and TT channels (mainly) in the southern area at a food manufacturer.
・Specific experience:
- Must be knowledgeable in building a TT distributor network in each province in the southern area (as the company plans to build a new sales TT distributor network in a short time).
- Management skills are essential.
