<Position Objective/Expectation>
The General Manager (GM) will oversee all aspects of Vietnam Company's business operations. This pivotal role involves steering the company’s strategy, expanding market presence, and driving revenue growth within the AdTech landscape. The GM will play a critical role in leading the local team, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the company’s objectives align with regional and global strategies.
<Job Responsibilities>
● Strategic Leadership:
○ Formulate and execute business strategies tailored to the AdTech industry, ensuring Vietnam Company’s leadership in programmatic advertising.
○ Identify new market opportunities and drive growth, leveraging data-driven marketing solutions.
○ Develop partnerships with agencies, brands, and digital media platforms to grow the business in Vietnam.
● Operational Oversight:
○ Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless delivery of digital advertising solutions and client satisfaction.
○ Implement processes to optimize sales performance, customer service, and product adoption.
○ Ensure all operations comply with local regulations and company policies.
● Sales & Business Development:
○ Drive business growth by leading sales and account management efforts, identifying key prospects, and fostering long-term partnerships with brands and agencies.
○ Develop and understand client needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics in the AdTech ecosystem.
○ Set ambitious revenue goals and oversee the development of new products/services to capture market share.
● Financial & P&L Management:
○ Manage the P&L, ensuring Vietnam Company meets its financial targets.
○ Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies to enhance profitability.
● Team Leadership & Development:
○ Build and lead a high-performing team, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
○ Attract, develop, and retain top talent, ensuring the team is aligned with business objectives and equipped to drive growth.
● Client & Stakeholder Management:
○ Serve as the face of Vietnam Company, representing the company to key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and media agencies.
○ Cultivate relationships with decision-makers in the AdTech industry and ensure strong communication with global leadership.
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience:
○ 8+ years of senior leadership experience, with at least 3 years in the AdTech, digital marketing, or programmatic advertising industry.
○ Proven track record of driving growth in a tech-driven environment, particularly within digital advertising or media technology.
○ Strong network within the digital advertising ecosystem, including agencies, brands, and media platforms.
○ Experience managing a P&L and leading cross-functional teams.
・Skills:
○ In-depth knowledge of programmatic advertising, digital marketing trends, and AdTech solutions.
○ Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
○ Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate market insights into actionable business strategies.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Education: An MBA is a plus.
