Job Description

- Work Location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City

<Job Responsibilities>
- Perform daily booking entries in the accounting FAST software
- Make the payment and manage the cash flow and follow up AP, AR
- Prepare Financial statements monthly and consolidated quarterly
- Perform the monthly, quarterly, and annual mandatory reports in the Vietnam law and the requirements from the group
- Take charge of input and output invoices by issuing, controlling, and collecting invoices
- Prepare and submit to VAT, CIT, FCT, PIT, License tax, tax settlement
- Work with State Bank regarding the loans
- Work with auditors, complete audit requests and prepare for Statutory Accounts
- Other duties as required by the Manager

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor's Degree, major in Accounting or Finance
・Language: English - Intermediate Level
・Experience: 
   - Have experience working as an Accountant or General Accountant for more than 5 years including 2 years of working experience as a Chief Accountant in any industry
   - Must have a Chief Accountant Certificate

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Using Fast Financial Software
- Used to make payment transactions with SMBC bank
