- Working location: Bac Tu Liem district, Hanoi
- Monthly Salary: 25,000,000～40,000,000VND
Responsibility

1. Site management
- Management of machinery and equipment construction at construction sites
- Maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment
- Work and instructions for other subcontractors
- Construction, safety, quality, and delivery date management
2. Drafting using Auto CAD
- Creation and checking of machinery (electrical) construction drawings
3. Other clerical work such as design and cost estimation *Support from Ho Chi Minh
4. (If possible) Customer support, acquisition of new projects
5. Other assigned tasks

Requirements

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor degree
・Gender: Male preffered 
・Age: 28-45 years old
・Experience: 7+ years of experience as a mechanical equipment engineer or construction manager
・Experience: working for a Japanese general contractor
・Language: English or Japanese Intermediate Level (Internal and Customer use)
・Can use CAD for Drawing

<Preferable Skill>
・Management experience
・MEP (electrical engineer) experience
・Estimation and design experience
・Construction drawings described in Japanese are readable.
