Job Description

- Work Location: Di An Dist., Binh Duong Province

<Job Responsibilities>
- Make the report and document for customers (Vietnamese, English and Chinese)
- Make the quotation, shipping document, Invoice for both domestic and overseas biz, etc., as the sales coordinator
- Support the sales members for Chinese discussion and meeting for Chinese/Taiwanese customers
(In case, visit to Chinese/Taiwanese customer with the sales members)
- Communication by Vietnamese and Chinese through Zalo, email, telephone call, etc.
- Report to manager or above regarding the customer's requests

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Language: Chinese and English - Intermediate Level
  - Be able to read/write/speak Chinese, and speak better English
・Experience: 
   - More than 3 years of experience in sales or sales assistant
   - Have work experiences in a manufacturing company  

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Be able to use Chinese well
・Live in Bing Duong
