- Monthly Salary: 20,000,000～27,500,000VND
Responsibility

1.Chemical Control:

*Person in charge of chemical safety for the group

- Acting as the liaison between the group and the Internal

- Controlling/Consulting company regarding chemicals.

- Preparing the Annual Chemical Report for VINACHEMIA (Vietnam Chemicals Agency)

- Working on the import license application for industrial precursors.

- Ensuring effective chemical management processes. We have an outsourcing advisor who will guide us, and this position will help us follow the advisor's instructions accurately

- Other requirements from managers regarding chemical tasks (Ready to take on any challenges from managers)

- Providing support to group members for chemical business tasks upon request

- Managing our internal chemical system (Afit chem)

2. Logistic internal control for sales activities:

- Logistic internal control for sales activities:

- Verify shipping documents to ensure that goods delivery is arranged in accordance with contracts and within the credit limit

- Coordinating with logistics companies for daily delivery operations

- Coordinating with Sales Coordinators, the accounting department, managers, and others as needed for daily operations.

- [System input] Goods delivery data, Payment to supplier, etc.

- Verify logistics charges with delivery documents

- Other requirement from managers (Ready for any challenging from mangers)

Requirements

<Necessary Skill / Experience >

・Education: Bachelor's degree in the field of industrial chemistry (MUST) 

・Gender: any (female preferable)

・Age: 27 -32 years old

・Language: English Business Level

・Experience: 

- Have at least 3 years of work experience in Logistics field (Experience on Import & export procedure; HS Code Classification; Incoterm; Logistic transaction; International business; ….) 

- MS WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint and Outlook basic skill is a must. Good skills of EXCEL is must.
