Job Description

- Work Location: Dist.1, HCMC.

<Job Responsibilities>
- Analyse data: evaluate the finance of the new investment projects (finance statement, business plan, finance data, investment scheme, feasibility studies).
- Finance/Tax Due diligence, negotiate the contracts with the partners.
- Manage the business plan, cash flow, budget, financial statement of operating projects.
- Manage the project company procedures, administrative works.
- Coordinate the site-visit, translate, make presentation documents, reports.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor's Degree (in Finance, Accounting, or Business major)
・Language: English - Business Level (additional Japanese language is preferable)
・Experience: Above 3 years’ experience with financial service firm, real estate developer finance works.
・Experience with investment finance due diligence, finance models, feasibility studies.
・Effective writing, presentation, and communication skills
・Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Excel, Power Point and other computer software.
・Excellent attention to detail.
