116987 - Production Engineer (Leader or Saff) - Manufacturing

RGF's Client - a Japanese company in the manufacturing industry - is looking for a Production Engineer (Leader/Staff) to maintain production equipment, improve productivity, troubleshoot machinery issues, and support team development.

• Working Location: HIGHTEC PARK in Thu Duc or Dong Nai
• Monthly Salary: 20M ~ 35M VND Gross

Job Responsibilities

• Support the machinery environment to ensure smooth production.
• Repair malfunctions in production line machinery.
• Check the efficiency of the production line and improve productivity.
• Control the non-conforming product handling process and implement corrective and preventive measures.
• Promote in-house equipment manufacturing in Vietnam.
• Subordinate development, subordinate evaluation, and management.

Leader

• Goal management, management of members' work status.
• As an engineer, provide technical education and advice to department staff.

・Language: Intermediate in English or Japanese
・Experience: Experience in a foreign-invested company
・ Knowing electrical products
➤   Leader Level:
Minimum 3 years of practical experience as a leader in production technology at a manufacturing factory.

➤   Staff Level:
Minimum 2 years of practical experience in production technology at a manufacturing factory.

Preferable Skill / Experience
・Language Proficiency: Priority given to those with Japanese language skills
・Can work both Thu Duc & Dong Nai
