Responsibility

・Delivery, assembly, and adjustment of our own products (vacuum, thin film equipment) (introduction work)
・Troubleshooting and corrections (after-sales service)
・Customer support
・Technical guidance for partner companies that handle equipment delivery and maintenance assistance
*First, engineers from the Japan and China branches will be dispatched to provide input, training, and OJT on products and work content.
*You will be stationed at the customer's factory. Since the factory is a clean room, security is strict and bringing in personal mobile phones and metal objects is prohibited.

・This is a newly established company.
・After joining the company, you will acquire skills through on-the-job training and aftercare.
・You will be able to work while utilizing your Japanese language skills.

Requirements

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree 
・Gender: Any
・Age: 28-45
・Language: Japanese N2 level (Internal communication, equivalent N2)
・Experience: More than 5 years working experience as mechanical or electronical engineer (Maintenance is acceptable) 
・Can work for a long term and few job changes

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Field engineer experience
・Experience with vacuum equipment and thin film equipment
・Leadership and management experience
・Chinese language skills
