- Work Location: District 01, HCMC

<Expectation>
This position is responsible for managing the company's legal and compliance matters and taking measures to minimize legal risks

<Job Responsibilities>
・Monitor and analyze new and amended laws and regulations relevant to the company.
・Prepare reports on legal updates and submit them to management.
・Assess the impact of legal changes on the company, determine necessary actions, and report to management. Implement necessary compliance measures based on legal updates.
・Draft and update company policies and regulations.
・Create and revise contract templates used in business operations.
・Prepare corporate law-related documents, including those for Members’ Council.
・Manage business licenses, including acquisition and renewal procedures.
・Draft and review contracts with customers and business partners.
・Develop and maintain the company's risk management framework.
・Facilitate regular internal meetings related to legal and compliance matters

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Language: English - Intermediate Level (for Internal use: over TOEIC 700) 
・Experience: 
   - Have experience as an Inhouse lawyer for 3 years or more
   - Know laws related to Construction and/or Real Estate Business
   - Know HR/labor and Company laws
   
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 - Having a Lawyer license is preferred
