- Monthly Salary: 15,000,000～23,000,000VND
Responsibility
- Create 3D MEP models from 2D drawings of HVAC and sanitary equipment.
- Create MEP models based on equipment specifications and system diagrams.
- Integrate MEP models with structural and architectural models and adjust clearances.
- Propose and create reports on methods to avoid interference areas.
- Create reports on areas where clearances cannot be met.
- Create MEP models according to established rules.
- Work as a team to advance projects under the guidance of the leader.

Requirements

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: 24 ~ 40 
・Gender: Any
・Education: College Degree or above (majoring in Architecture or Facilities) 
・Language: Japanese or English conversational
・Experience: More than two years of experience in construction drawing design (not only design, Whether construction or equipment)
・Can use AutoCAD
・Required Skills:
- Sense of responsibility for quality.
- Understanding of work processes.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Have experience in Tfas  (3DCAD soft)
・Japanese business level
・Knowledge and experience in mechanical equipment, air conditioning equipment, and electrical equipment.
・Revit experience
・Rebro experience
