Position: Ground Operation Staff - Airline Service

- Working location: Soc Son, Hanoi
- Monthly Salary: Negotiable
Responsibility
- Supervise the check-in, departure and arrival handling process
- Ensure the safety and on-time performance of the flights
- Coordinate with the airport authorities, ground handling companies, and other related parties
- Lost & found for baggage
- Support pilot (document preparations, conduct briefing with pilot)
- Making weight & balance of aircraft
- Making cargo loading plan
- Ensure the high quality services
- Perform other office duties as assigned by the Managers

Requirements

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree 
・Gender: Any
・Age: 25-35 years old
・Language: English - Business level
・Experience: Not required, but having relevant experience in the airline/travel/hospitality related service industries is an advantage
・Other: Candidates who is living in Hanoi-city where is within 30 minutes drive from the Noi Bai International Airport

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Japanese skills
・Working experience in an Airline or travel agency

- Good team player as well as an independent worker
- Customer-oriented, honest, compassion
- High sense of responsibility and work enthusiasm
- Good communication skills
- Willing to work night shift, in weekend and holidays
