- Monthly Salary: 30,000,000～45,000,000VND

Responsibility
・Be responsible for General Admin tasks such as payroll and insurance
・Deal with the labor task
・Deal with legal affairs from the government.
・Adapt the internal rules following regulations and law
・Support the VISA process
・Collaborate and support other departments within the company.
・Support audit work.
・Manage and train Team members.

Requirements

・Education: Bachelor's degree
・Gender: Any
・Age: 32-45 years old (Negotiable)
・Language: Japanese business level (equivalent to N2 or above) and English conversational level
・Experience:
- Have at least 5 years of working experience in the GAHR department in a manufacturing company.
- Working experience in Japanese companies
- Have manager experience

- English business level 
- Strong leadership
- Live in Bac Ninh, can commute to the factory
