- Working location: HCM or Ha Noi

- Monthly Salary: 19,000,000～35,000,000VND

Job Responsibilities
- Technical support of Mechanical products to customer /sales & related projects:
- Provide technical support for mechanical and automation products.
- Visit customers to introduce and present company's products.
- Assist customers in product selection, operation, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop sales tools and support to promote to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate within team and other department to develop technical support system / model to improve efficiency
- Other tasks assigned by managers

Requirements
・Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
・Language: English - Business Level (focus on writing and speaking)
・Experience: 
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mechanical engineering, particularly in automation or machine design.
• Hands-on experience in automation-related projects.

Preferred Skills
• Experience in developing, applying, or optimizing AI solutions is an advantage.
• Experience in translating technical documents is an advantage.
• Experience in project management is an advantage
