- Working location: Thoi Hoa Ward, HCMC
- Monthly Salary: 26,000,000～30,000,000VND

Job Responsibilities

• Develop plans, monitor, and drive continuous improvement activities to achieve product KPIs.
• Conduct continuous improvement activities on the shop floor.
• Drive automation improvement initiatives.
• Perform data analysis to support decision-making and improvement activities.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Necessary Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher
• At least 3 years of management experience in a Continuous Improvement / IE Manager position
• Good understanding of technical drawings
• Strong knowledge of automation
• Experience in AutoCAD design
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Language: Good communication skills in English or Japanese (JLPT N3 or above)
