- Working location: Hai Ba Trung Ward, Hanoi
- Monthly Salary: 15,000,000～35,000,000VND
Responsibility:

- Create families for construction drawings using Revit and AutoCAD
‐ Check the progress of models in each specialized field (structure, facilities, architecture, etc.)
‐ Manage schedules
- Other related tasks as assigned.
- No business trips required
* In Revit, a "family" is a collective term for the parts (elements) that make up a 3D model, such as walls, columns, doors, and furniture. These are 3D objects with parameters (information) such as dimensions and materials, and are classified and managed as groups with common characteristics. Like parts and components of a plastic model kit, they can be created and reused as dedicated files (.rfa).

Requirements:
・Education: College or above (Architecture, Construction)
・Experience: Working experience in family creation tasks
* We are considering offering a D.Manager position depending on the circumstances.
・Language: Japanese OR ENG
➤Manager Level： Must have business skills in Japanese  (equivalent to JLPT N2 and above)
➤Junior、Senior、Chief level: only Japanese skills are not required

・Proficient in Revit operation (especially Revit Families creation)
・Proficient in Microsoft Office
・Able to communicate in Japanese with Japanese staff via email, etc., or willing to do so (conversational communication is a plus)

・Highly motivated and eager to learn
・Aiming for long-term career development at a Japanese company
