- Working location: Sai Gon Ward, HCMC.
- Monthly Salary: 40,000,000VND～

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise construction quality, progress, cost, and safety.
• Review designs (concept, basic, and technical).
• Review legal documentation for new projects.
• Study and propose concept plan designs for new projects.
• Resolve technical issues related to office buildings.
• Attend project meetings and conduct site visits to support the above activities.
• Prepare reports for management and relevant stakeholders.

Necessary Skill / Experience
・Education: Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Construction.
・Language: English - Business Level 
・Experience: Experience as a Project Manager for residential projects (high-rise/low-rise).
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques and methods
- Able to develop and review concept designs.
- Project management and problem-solving skills.
- Communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in required software (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.)
