Job Responsibilities

• Manage the construction site.
• Lead the construction site team.
• Perform other related tasks assigned by the Project Manager.

Necessary Skill / Experience
・Education: 
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering.
- Construction Supervisor Certificate Level 1.
・Language: English - Business Level, specialized in the construction field.
・Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager (Consultant) or Construction Site Engineer (Contractor).
- Strong Technical Construction knowledge and experience working with foreign companies.
- Extensive experience working with contractors.
- Experience in construction for Residential, high-rise buildings, and commercial projects.
