- Working location: Thu Dau Mot, Binh Duong.
- Monthly Salary: ～25,000,000VND

Job Responsibilities

• Support the Design Manager in managing architectural design for assigned projects.
• Prepare architectural drawings, design documents, presentations, and reports according to project requirements.
• Coordinate with related disciplines, including Structure, MEP, Landscape, and QS, to ensure design consistency and constructability.
• Research architectural trends, materials, and benchmark similar projects to support design development.
• Review drawings to ensure compliance with design standards, technical requirements, and local regulations.
• Follow internal design procedures, guidelines, and instructions from the Design Manager.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Necessary Skill / Experience
・Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
・Language: English - Conversational Level, specialized in the construction field.
・Experience: 3 years of experience in Architecture or related roles.
- Good understanding of architectural design, construction process, and coordination with consultants.
- Proficient in architectural software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D Max (or equivalent).
- Able to work independently with strong responsibility and attention to detail.
- Good teamwork, coordination, and communication skills.
- Basic MS Office skills.

Preferable Skill / Experience
・Experience in residential, high-rise, or complex building projects is an advantage.
