Job Responsibilities

• Create and manage the Library, Specification by AutoCAD Plant 3D. 
• Create and manage a template for BOM using AutoCAD Plant 3D. 
• Create and manage a template for Orthographic drawing by AutoCAD Plant 3D. 
• Create and manage a template for Isometric drawing using AutoCAD Plant 3D. 
• Create and manage projects on SQL Server using AutoCAD Plant 3D. 
• Create and monitor SQL Server access. 
• Build a 3D model for a water treatment system by Autocad Plant 3D software. 
• Create BOM/RFQ for piping, structure, tank, and other mechanical parts... 
• Design for Piping, Skid, Vessel, Tank, Piping Rack, Stage, ensuring compliance with specifications, P&ID, and layout. 
• Create 2D shop drawing and isometric drawing from 3D model. 
• Other related tasks as assigned.

Necessary Skill / Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Basic English communication skills and ability to read and understand technical documents and drawings.
• Minimum 3 years of experience using AutoCAD Plant 3D; proficient in the software with experience in Plant 3D administration.
• Knowledge and experience in piping systems drawings, layout drawings, and fabrication drawings (experience with JIS and PVC piping is preferred).
• Knowledge of water treatment, chemical engineering, fluid engineering, and material selection.
• Ability to read and understand P&ID drawings.
• Understanding of material standards for structures, tanks, vessels, and piping (JIS or equivalent).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Skills

• Preference for candidates with experience working in Japanese companies.
• Experience using advanced structural analysis software and BIM software is a plus.
