130377 - Deputy General Manager - Logistics

- Working location: District 01, HCMC
- Monthly Salary: 30,000,000～40,000,000VND

Job Responsibilities

• Build and set up the business operations from scratch (process, vendors, team structure, forwarding system)
• Developing new clients and building relationships
• Acquire new customers and generate revenue (sea/air/land forwarding)
• Providing services that meet client needs
• Manage daily forwarding operations and handle customer issues directly
• Managing work tasks for team members  (approx. 6 members: sales, operations)
• Drive business growth with clear KPIs (revenue, GP, customer base)
• Troubleshooting in forwarding operations and customer support.
• Other improvements and leadership related to strengthening the internal structure

Necessary Skill / Experience

• Language skills: Business level in English
• Over 7-10 years of managerial experience in the logistics industry, primarily in freight forwarding
• Experience in inland transportation, warehouse management, and related fields.
• Experience in both sales and operations (not only management)
• Strong, extensive experience or knowledge in three types of transportation: air, sea, and land.
• Having an extensive network of customers
• Good understanding of Office operation
• Proven ability to generate business independently

Preferable Skill / Experience

• Experience working in small teams or startup environments is highly preferred
• Having experience in setting up a business
• Good understanding of the Japanese company's culture
