130421 - Manufacturing Manager / Assistant Manager (New Factory) - Foods

RGF's Client - Japanese Company in the Food industry - Lead the setup of production lines, equipment operations, and frontline worker management for a newly established food factory. This role drives onsite safety and handles regulatory compliance, including fire department permissions and audits.
Working Location: An Phuoc Commune, Dong Nai
Monthly Salary: 25M ~35M VND

Responsibilities:
◆ Establishing Internal Systems During the Start-Up Phase
- Conduct initial test runs and optimize food manufacturing machinery.
- Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other documents to maximize efficiency and safety.
- Recruiting, Training, and Establishing Shift Systems for Starting Members
- Train the operation members

◆ Administrative Liaison, Obtaining Various Licenses and Permits, and Audit Response
- Manage permits and licenses related to fire safety regulations and hazardous materials.
₋ Accompany auditors during fire department and food safety inspections.
₋ Lead on-site corrective actions requested by government agencies.
- Handling Various Applications Based on the Fire Service Act (Hazardous Materials, Fire Prevention Management, etc.)
- Responsible for worker management and the operation of manufacturing equipment
- Establishing a Safety and Health Management System (5S) in the Manufacturing Process

◆ Production Management and Administration After Full-Scale Operation
₋ Supervise daily worker shifts, attendance, and task assignments.
₋ Resolve frontline issues and maintain high team morale.
₋ Production Control & Optimization
- Execute daily production plans to meet targets and deadlines.
₋ Minimize raw material waste and improve overall yield rates.
₋ Report progress to management in English or Japanese.

・Education: Must have qualifications/licenses related to electrical works
・Language: English - Business level or English - Conversation Level (English is mandatory, level can be flexible depending on the candidate) + Japanese - Business level 
・Experience: 
- Candidates with experience in food factories and production management （more than 5years)
- Strong experience in production management and building internal systems.
- Experience in machine operation is required (Food processing machine is preferred)
- Having extensive knowledge of the Food Sanitation Act and safety standards in food manufacturing.
- Having experience in managing 10-20 or more operators.
- Looking for someone motivated and reliable

Preferable Skill / Experience
・Preferred joining date: From August (mid-August at the latest)
・Japanese skills are preferred
