Job description

• Propose purchasing plans, control costs, compile reports and analyze data of the product group in charge.
• Searching for local and oversea suppliers, negotiating for the contract terms and carrying out purchasing processes.
• Resolving issused related to purchasing activities.
• Managing Inventory and Warehouse
• Processing Importation/Exportation Procedures
• Resolve repair, warranty, and maintenance issues for equipment in charge.
• Instructing/ Supervising/Reporting Merchandiser's task force to MD Manager.
• Performing all other duties assigned by Managers

Necessary Skill / Experience
・ Education: Bachelor’s degree - Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade or related majors
・ Language: English - TOEIC 650 / IELTS 5.5 or above
・ Experience: 

• At least 3 years of purchasing/procurement experience
• At least 1 year of team leader experience or equivalent position
• Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related software for procurement. Knowing how to use Power BI and having experience using ERP systems/ softwares is an advantage.
• Good planning and organizational skills
• Being careful and having excellent communication and negotiation skill

Preferred

• Power BI knowledge
• ERP system experience
• Import/export experience
• Supply chain/logistics knowledge
