Job Responsibilities

• Create purchase orders as requested, and make sure all data is accurate to be placed on the POs based on standard lead times and output POs to vendors.
• Manage vendor PO confirmations and make sure vendors deliver on time as scheduled.
• Weekly/ monthly collect data for managing all kinds of different reports.
• Act as a liaison between vendors and 3rd party logistics providers for the whole exported logistics process.
• Monthly analyze vendors’ performance and support for the improvement plan implementation.
• Other tasks or projects as assigned by Head of Department.

Requirements

• Education: University Degree – major in Foreign Trade/ Business/ Economics.
• Language: English - Business Level.
• Experience: At least 03-year experience in procurement, import-export.
• Good knowledge of foreign trade.
• Priority for candidates to be eager to learn and dynamic.
• Computer skills of MS Office/Internet.
