131072 - Building Accounting Manager - Construction

RGF's Client - Japanese company in construction industry - is looking for Building Accounting Manager to manage overall accounting operations, financial reporting, tax compliance, cash flow control, and lead the accounting team while improving internal accounting processes and supporting business operations.

• Working Location: Thu Dau Mot, Binh Duong
• Monthly Salary: Up to 30M Gross

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including contracts, payment requests, accounting entries, and reconciliations.
• Monitor cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, and operating expenses.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management reports, and budget reports.
• Supervise tax declarations and tax finalization (VAT, CIT) in compliance with Vietnamese regulations.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, banks, and related government agencies.
• Lead and supervise the accounting team, including task assignment, performance monitoring, and staff training.
• Develop and improve accounting procedures, internal controls, and process efficiency.
• Coordinate with other departments to support business operations.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related fields.
- Language: English - Business Level
- Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience working with tax authorities and property developers.
• Experience in housing/building management.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
