131203 - C&B Supervisor - Manufacturing

RGF's Client - Japanese company - is looking for a C&B Supervisor to manage and optimize compensation and benefits programs, ensuring fairness, compliance, and employee satisfaction in line with company policies.

• Working Location: Nhon Trach 3 Industrial Park - Dong Nai
• Monthly Salary:  15M ~ 25M VND Gross

Job Responsibilities

• Design and management of employee compensation (salary and bonuses) 
• Conduct recruitment activities, including compiling departmental needs/requirements and managing the process post-job posting.
• Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for employees and operational staff.
• Maintain and manage internal company regulations and benefits systems
• Translate internal business documents and provide interpretation during meetings.
• Manage and update information from industrial parks and government agencies.
• Support collaboration and coordination within the company, across factories, and between departments.
• Carry out other duties as instructed by the Line Manager

Necessary Skill / Experience

• Education: Bachelor's degree.
• Language: Business level in Japanese (N2 or higher) OR English (mainly for document creation or email).
• 3-5 years of experience in HR/general affairs in the manufacturing industry.
• Have good experience and knowledge in C&B (Design and management of employee compensation (salary and bonuses) and benefits systems)
• A thorough understanding of the situation regarding the establishment of a new factory.
• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Ability to commute independently.
• Ability to work flexibly.

Preferable Skill/ Experience

• Japanese N1 level proficiency.
• A thorough understanding of the Japanese manufacturing environment.
• High communication skills.
• Multitasking ability.
• Ability to work responsibly.
