131210 - Sales Manager - Building Materials / Equipment

RGF's Client - Japanese company in the building materials and equipment industry - is looking for a Sales Manager to lead the sales team, develop business opportunities in elevator and escalator projects, manage key customer relationships, negotiate contracts, and drive sales growth while ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Working Location: Ban Co Ward, HCM City
• Monthly Salary: Negotiable (High Salary)

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets
• Manage and supervise sales team performance
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in elevator/escalator projects
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, and end users
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and follow up on project progress
• Coordinate with technical and service departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management
• Support recruitment, coaching, and training of sales staff
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Language: English - Business Level
- Education: College or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related fields
- Experience: 

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in Construction / Building materials equipment.
• At least 2 years of team management experience
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Good knowledge of project sales and tender processes
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets

- Preferable Skill/ Experience

• Preferably in elevator, construction, M&E, industrial equipment, or building solutions industries
