131218 - Service Engineer - Machinery

RGF's Client - Japanese company in the Machinery industry - is looking for a Service Engineer to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and provide technical support for SMT equipment, deliver technical training to customers and distributors, and coordinate technical matters with headquarters and overseas branches.

• Working Location: Tan Thuan Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
• Monthly Salary: 26M ~ 30M VND Gross

Job Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and perform preventive maintenance on SMT equipment.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues at customers' factories.
• Inspect, repair equipment, and propose improvements.
• Provide technical guidance and training to customers and distributors.
• Coordinate technically with the headquarters in Japan and overseas branches.

- Language: English - Business Level (Must)
- Experience: 

• Must have practical experience in the SMT industry.
• Preferably have experience in maintaining/repairing SMT machines, mounters, and inspection machines.
• Must have basic knowledge of electricity, mechanics, and control systems.
• Must have communication skills to work with customers.

- Preferable Skill/ Experience

• Experience with SMT equipment from Japanese famous brands
• Ability to travel overseas for work is preferred.
• Prior experience in a Service Engineer position is preferred.
• Knowledge of Japanese language is an advantage.
