131366 - General Accountant - License Agency

RGF's Client - a Japanese company in the licensing and business consulting industry - is looking for a General Accountant to manage accounting operations, tax reporting, financial records, and monthly closing activities, while providing administrative support for contracts and legal documentation.

• Working Location: Thu Duc, HCMC
• Monthly Salary: 25M ~ 30M VND Gross

Job Responsibilities
1/ Accounting (90%)

• Manage and maintain accounting documents and records (hardcopy and softcopy).
• Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in the accounting system (FAST).
• Issue and manage invoices and related documentation.
• Perform accounting entries, account reconciliations, and support intercompany/interdepartment transactions.
• Support monthly and annual closing activities.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly tax reports (VAT, FCT, etc.) and other statutory reports.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports, including B/S and P/L.
• Support process improvements in a fast-growing business environment.

2/ Admin (10%)

• Coordinate and review legal service contracts and related documents.
• Liaise with external law firms regarding contract preparation and revisions.
• Maintain and organize contract records and legal documentation.
• Provide administrative support and back up admin functions when required.

・Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting
・Language: English Business level
・Experience:

• Have 5 years of working experience in the accounting field in any industry at the latest company
• Experience in B/S, P/L, and month-end closing processes
• Experience in statutory service contracts (drafting and concluding formal contracts)
• Fast software experience
