131368 - AP Service Engineer (Project Solutions Team) - Electronics

RGF's Client - Japanese company in the Electronics industry - is looking for an AP Service Engineer to drive sales of HVAC control solutions by providing technical consulting, design, and programming services, managing project implementation from customer engagement to contract execution and post-sales support for both residential and commercial clients.

• Working Location: Kim Lien, Hanoi
• Monthly Salary: ~30M VND Gross

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for approaching customers (design consultants, contractors, investors, etc.), creating introduction plans, and identifying project opportunities related to sales of HVAC system control solutions for AP (industrial air conditioning) and UP (residential air conditioning) products of the Solution Business department.
• Provide consulting, design, and programming for Air Conditioning control solutions integrated with mobile phones, Building Management Systems (BMS), smart home systems, etc.
• Prepare contracts for new customers, existing customers, and third parties. Coordinate with design consultants, investors, and contractors. Implement and supervise on-site installation at project sites.
• Create Sales Orders (SO), invoices, and control overdue accounts.
• Create Purchase Orders (PO) and order equipment from third parties.
• Input and update the new project list & request list for Solution Business.

Necessary Skill / Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree. 
• Language: English at Conversational Level 
• Experience: Have experience in BMS (Building Management System) 
• Others:
• Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility and patience.

Preferable Skill/ Experience

• University graduate majoring in HVAC/Automation (Preferred).
• Experience using AutoCAD, DDC/PLC, and programming Niagara preferred.
