131467 - Accounting Staff - Manufacturing

RGF's Client - a Japanese company in the machinery industry- is looking for Accounting Staff to support the company’s accounting operations by performing daily accounting tasks, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

• Working Location: Thach That, Ha Noi
• Monthly Salary: 30,000,000～35,000,000VND

• Record daily accounting transactions and post entries into the accounting system.
• Check, validate, and ensure accounting invoices and documents are legitimate, comply with regulations, and are properly archived.
• Prepare financial reports including: Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, and other related reports.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and support year-end closing tasks.
• Assist in tax finalization work, liaise with tax authorities, auditors, and banks as required.
• Reconcile data between the General Ledger and accounting books on a monthly basis.
• Consolidate financial data for relevant departments to prepare Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) reports and statistical reports.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Language: English from Intermediate Level (good communication skills) 
• Experience: At least 4-5 years of experience in a similar position in a manufacturing company 
• Have experience in SAP or ERP
• Hard Skills: Proficient in Excel.
• Soft Skills: Good communication skills, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Experience in tax finalization is preferred.
