131476 - Procurement Manager/Supervisor - Water Treatment

RGF's Client - a Japanese company in the water treatment industry - is looking for a Procurement Manager/Supervisor to lead procurement activities, supplier development, cost optimization, price negotiations, and strategic sourcing initiatives in Northern Vietnam.

• Working Location: Tien Du District, Bac Ninh Province
• Monthly Salary: 25M ~ 35M VND Gross

Job Responsibilities

• Wrapping up and analyzing purchase information
• Recognizing issues and developing improvement plans (cost reduction plans)
• Discussing improvement plans and policies with internal stakeholders
• Checking prices and generating quotes based on market rates
• Purchasing the goods and negotiating the price
• Delivering and acceptance inspection
• Preparing documents for payment processing, etc.
• Supplier development in the north
• Promotion of Strategic Procurement
• Management of existing procurement in the north (mainly pharmaceuticals)

• Bachelor's degree
• Business Level English proficiency
• More than 5 years of experience in procurement in any industry
• Experience in water treatment or chemical products
• Experience in strategic procurement (cost optimization, quality control, risk management, price negotiation, etc.)
• Have leader experience
• Good at Excel and Word

Preferable Skill/ Experience

• Japanese skill is preferable
• Experience in sales or purchasing in engineering, subcontracting, or water treatment company is preferable
• Management experience is preferable
