131556 - Accounting Supervisor - Medical Equipment

RGF's Client - Japanese Company - is looking for an Accounting Supervisor to supervise accounting activities, ensure accurate financial records and reporting, and support compliance and effective financial management.

• Working Location: Long Thanh District, Dong Nai Province
• Monthly Salary: 18M～23M VND Gross

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and record costs of raw materials, finished goods, semi-finished goods, raw and auxiliary materials, and merchandise.
• Update BOM and calculate finished product cost.
• Monitor accounts receivable / accounts payable.
• Input data into MKS software (Revenue-Expense).
• Issue sales invoices.
• Control records and documents of fixed assets.
• Check, organize, and maintain accounting book records.
• Coordinate inventory counting for goods and fixed assets and process inventory discrepancy data.
• Prepare reports for the State Bank, DIZA, Department of Statistics, and Department of Science and Technology.

• Education: College or University degree.
• Language: Business-level English or Japanese proficiency.
• Experience: At least 3 years of accounting experience.
• Hard Skills: Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Experience with MKS accounting software.
• Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of coordinating and preparing reports for various government agencies.

Preferable Skill/ Experience

• Prior living location in Dong Nai Province.
• Transportation from Bien Hoa City.
