131573 - Finance Executive Staff - Real Estate

RGF's Client - a Japanese company in the real estate industry - is looking for a Finance Executive Staff to handle accounting and financial operations, tax reporting, budget control, audit support, and financial reporting while supporting the finance setup for new project operations.

• Working Location: Cau Giay Ward, Ha Noi
• Monthly Salary: 28M ~ 32M VND Gross

Job Responsibilities
Recruit and prepare accounting personnel to ensure readiness for the company project’s official operational phase.
Support other finance work.
1. Main Project

• Supervise accounts payable/receivable, invoice validation, and payment documentation.
• Prepare and fulfill tax declarations and filings (VAT, CIT, PIT, WHT); support tax audits and compliance reviews.
• Manage loans, interest expenses, and debt schedules; ensure timely payments and compliance with credit terms.
• Assist team leader in managing Capex/opex budget and cost control
• Support internal/external audits and provide financial analysis for management reporting.

2. Other projects

• Assist team leader in daily accounting works and monthly FS preparation

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Auditing.
• Business-level English proficiency.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with ERP systems or advanced Excel.
• Good communication, teamwork, and document creation skills.
• Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking.

Preferable Skill/ Experience

• CPA or ACCA certification is an advantage.
