132317 - Sales Assistant Manager / Supervisor / Leader - Printing

RGF's Client - a Japanese company in the Commercial Printing industry - is looking for Sales Assistant Manager / Supervisor / Leader - Printing to drive sales growth, manage a sales team towards targets, and ensure cross-functional collaboration to support commercial printing business activities, primarily serving Japanese corporate clients.

• Working Location: Lang Ward, Hanoi City
• Monthly Salary: 20,000,000 ~ 25,000,000 VND 
• Job Responsibilities:
• Driving sales by converting potential customers into paying customers through the implementation of effective sales activation strategies.
• Planning sales activities, including participating in conferences to showcase products and services, and finding customers from various sources.
• Managing the sales team to achieve sales targets and reporting results to higher management.
• Fostering team collaboration by connecting the Customer Service team, Purchasing Team, QA/QC team, and Sales team to secure necessary tools and information for driving sales.

Necessary Skill / Experience:

• Education background: University / College graduation.
• Language Skill: English - Conversational Level (Able to communicate and write email)
• Experience: At least 3 years of sales experience (B2B)
• Prefers candidates who have been leading/ management experience.
• Able to work independently and take responsibility for finding new customers.
• Confident in communication. Quick, dynamic, outgoing, and passionate about sales work.
• Good skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
